I've got you! I'm hosting this virtual event on Saturday, March 1st from 10am - 12pm CST. A recording will be provided for everyone that is registered.
This 2-hour bootcamp will teach you powerful tools that you can use over and over again to regulate your nervous system and calm stress. You’ll learn how to:
- Release emotion and tension stored in your body by practicing Somatic Exercise
- Practice releasing guilt around self-care using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
- Use guided visualization to regulate your nervous system and reset your energy frequency
With 3 simple practices you will nourish your body, mind, and spirit. You can use these new methods to practice your own soul-nourishing self-care at home daily.

I'm Sondra Dubas
After years of taking care of a family alongside a fast-paced executive sales career I hit ultimate burn-out. I experienced a whole host of health challenges and was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, Alopecia, which eventually led to full hair-loss. It was a challenging journey filled with low self-esteem and hiding myself from the world. I learned through this healing journey that nobody was coming to save me. I needed to save myself! My wellbeing became my priority.
I want that for you more than anything! I want that for you before your body and health begin to fail.
Now I use what I've learned to help women just like you find their way home to themselves. I'll show you how to practice soul-nourishing self-care done consistently without guilt! Because you deserve it and are worthy of it.
