This 2-hour bootcamp will teach you powerful tools that you can use over and over again to regulate your nervous system and calm stress. With 3 simple practices you will nourish your body, mind, and spirit.  You can use these new methods to practice your own soul-nourishing self-care at home daily.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Release emotion and tension stored in your body by practicing Somatic Exercise
  • Practice releasing guilt around self-care using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping
  • Regulate your nervous system and reset your energy frequency through guided meditation
