Hi, I'M SONDRA

I’m an Integrative Wellness Coach and founder of Self-Care Bootcamp and The Self-Care Compass Method™. I help women reconnect to their authentic selves and create soul-nourishing self-care without guilt. Through my own journey of healing from burnout and autoimmunity, I’ve learned that when a woman reconnects with her internal compass, she unlocks her power. This retreat is my gift to you: a sacred space to come home to yourself. I'll be your retreat guide, coach and mentor for this transformative weekend!
